The Concept
Embracing the idea of proximity and the humanization of cities, the VIVIT concept empowers young people to engage with the environmental, social, and economic pillars of sustainability. It is designed for those committed to daily actions that benefit our planet—individuals aware of the impact of small gestures, such as walking, living near their workplace, and supporting local commerce, all without compromising a vibrant, cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Adaptability, modularity, and modernity are the foundations of these residential blocks in the center of Leiria, located on Av. General Humberto Delgado. The project offers premium amenities designed to evoke a vacation-like experience every day.
Consisting of two residential blocks—VIVIT Now and VIVIT Bold—each will feature more than 40 apartments with bespoke layouts.
